The Xsolla-IDDA Incubator in Azerbaijan is designed to help you take your game studio to the next level. This three-month hybrid program will give you the skills, mentorship, and resources needed to build a sustainable, globally competitive studio.


The program covers key areas such as game publishing, marketing, self-publishing, and securing investment, ensuring you are fully prepared to compete on a global scale.

At the end of the program, the top four studios will receive an Xsolla Launch Pack, featuring a fully-funded International Pitch Experience. Winners will receive travel and accommodation to an international trade convention, where they will gain exclusive pitch slots with global publishers and investors. To ensure your success, Xsolla will provide warm introductions to their lead Business Development and publishing contacts directly on the ground.

Program Details

Over the course of 12 weeks, participants will progress through a structured curriculum focused on three core pillars: creative development, production excellence, and entrepreneurial strategy. From refining game design and storytelling to mastering budgeting, pitching, and marketing, the program equips teams with the skills to bring a playable game to life and prepare it for launch.

Teams receive personalized mentorship, access to high-quality educational content, and expert sessions tailored to their specific needs. Collaboration is encouraged through a remote-office setup via Discord, while a curated Knowledge Centre offers over 1,000 resources to support independent learning. The program culminates in a live Demo Day, where each team presents a Beta-quality game and investor-ready pitch deck.
